Delivery Charges

Orders up to £50.00 – £5.00 

Orders over £50.00 – Free

Orders to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man – £10.50

IMPORTANT – Due to high instances of attempted fraudulent purchases using credit/debit cards it is now Cley Spy’s company policy that we will only send items to the card holder’s registered address (Billing Address), this policy is in place to protect both the customer and retailer. If you do require items to be sent to an address other than the billing address or for further information please Contact Us first.

Our couriers will not leave any orders at alternate addresses (ie neighbours), or in front porches / wheelie bins etc. Delivery will be attempted twice before the item is then returned to us.

We are also unable to process orders above £100.00 over the phone, orders above £100.00 must be placed via the website.

INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS – Unfortunately we are unable to send items to international destinations which also includes the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.

Delivery Times

Orders will be despatched Mon-Fri (excluding Bank Holidays). We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt via Royal Mail or DPD Local depending on the value of the order.

Orders placed over a weekend or on a bank holiday will be despatched on the next working day.

Delivery times to Highlands and offshore UK destinations will vary depending on location but normally take two days.

Returns Policy

We want you to enjoy your new equipment, however if for any reason there’s anything you’re not happy with you can return the item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of your purchase. When returning an item please ensure it is in the original packaging and fit for re-sale. You will be liable for the cost of the return shipping unless the item is faulty.
