Spares and Repairs

Swarovski Optik Spare Parts

If you require spare parts for your Swarovski Optik product, we are able to order these for you, but we’ll need you to follow the following procedure:

1. Call Swarovski Optik UK on 05601 092600 to obtain the correct part number(s) for your required spares. If your binocular/scope is a current model, Swarovski will send the spares to you free-of charge.
2. If the spares that you require are chargeable and you have the part number(s), drop us a line on our contact form here: https://www.cleyspy.co.uk/contact-us/ . We’ll need your name, address and the details of the spares that you require.
3. We’ll email you back with the cost of your required spares (this can take a few days during busier periods)
4. If you’re happy to go ahead with the order, give us a call on 01263 740088 to make payment. (Please allow up to 28 days for delivery)
5. Please note, due to the very high volume of requests, we’re not able to process Swarovski spares requests by telephone.

Repairs

Here at Cley Spy, we only stock products from the most reputable brands that offer you the best aftercare service. If you have any issues with your optics, the quickest way is to deal with the manufacturer directly, for warranty repairs a proof of purchase will be required.

If you would like us to handle your repair for you:

All warranty repairs will be subject to a £12 handling fee, to cover the cost of shipping your item to the manufacturer / repairer (unless within the first 30 days from purchase).

All non-warranty repairs will be liable to a £30 handling fee, payable upon completion of the repair.

There will be an additional charge for shipping of a repaired (or un-repaired) item back to a customer, of £10.50 (items under £1000) and £20.00 (items over £1000).

For warranty repairs a sales receipt will be required (it is the customer’s responsibility to keep the original sales receipt or a copy of it).
